At Elevator Maintenance Company, we take pride in our unique approach to service that sets us apart from other companies. Our standard contract is a one-year agreement that operates on a month-to-month basis, providing you with flexibility and convenience. We specialize in delivering exceptional service and have a strong incentive to do an excellent job and help you minimize your service costs, as we value long-term partnerships with our clients.
We passionately believe that our preventative maintenance program and our practice of charging only for necessary repairs can reduce your costs over time. Unlike other companies, we do not aim to accumulate funds for potential future repairs that may or may not be required. Instead, we focus on providing efficient and effective service that meets your immediate needs.
When you choose our regular service, you can expect a comprehensive range of maintenance tasks throughout the year. These include staying up to date with all state requirements, lubricating rails and rollers, standard cleaning of hoist ways, pits, and car tops (additional cleaning may be charged for bringing units into compliance on the first service), replacing lamps (materials charge applies), testing emergency phones, cleaning door locks and tracks, testing fire service operation and emergency systems (excluding smoke detector testing time), inspecting controllers and making minor adjustments as needed, monitoring oil levels and leaks, and ensuring the proper functioning of wires and relays (adjustments may be necessary for certain models).
We take pride in our thorough work and strive to keep you well-informed about the status of your equipment. If we come across small items that require attention during our regular service visits and have the necessary parts, we aim to complete those tasks promptly. Our goal is to help you control costs by addressing small issues in a timely manner, with partial hour billings while on regular service, and minimizing the need for trouble calls.
Rest assured, we have all the required licenses, including a contractors' license, CCB registration, and CCBL registration for Oregon and Washington (bottom six counties). We also carry liability insurance, automobile insurance, and industrial insurance. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request. Additionally, we have a performance bond and a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional service while effectively managing costs and adhering to schedules. We can provide excellent references to support our record of accomplishment.
At Elevator Maintenance Company, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and building a long-lasting partnership with you.
